Conduct Research

1. Independently conduct research
2. Collaborate with UX Team to conduct research, usability test, user journey, etc.
3. Analyse project requirements, client’s business goals and user’s needs.
4. Studies current trends and technology.

Content Strategy

1.  Strategise for UX microcopy, information architecture, etc.
2. Develop easy-to-understand content plans that match users’ needs, business goals and current trends.

UX Writing & Copywriting

1. Write engaging UX copy for digital platforms
2. Ensure all copy is user-focused, making complex information easy for everyone.
3. Produce/ Write creative proposals and technical write-ups
4. Applies current trends and client’s needs in writing
5. Pay special attention to spelling and grammar check

Social Skills

1. Actively participate in presentation
2. Able to work collaboratively with cross-discipline teams

Requirement

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Writing, Communication, English, UX Design or related fields.
   
2. Have at least 1 year of writing experience, but fresh graduates are welcome 
   
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
   
4. Organized and detail-oriented 
   
5. Powerful command of Bahasa Melayu is a plus.
