Role Overview
We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding users and translating insights into meaningful product decisions. In this role, you will conduct user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring that research insights inform design, product strategy, and overall user experience.
You will work with cross-functional teams to support research activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Plan and execute research activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation of research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and insight summaries.
- Analyze and synthesize research data to identify key trends and actionable insights.
- Conduct usability testing on product concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Ensure high-quality research outputs through proper data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and visual materials to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present research insights clearly, translating complex data into practical recommendations.
- Manage and organize research documentation, tools, and platforms for ongoing and future reference.
- Advocate for user-centered and data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process.
- Manage multiple research initiatives while meeting timelines and quality expectations.
